Clean hands on the internet - online reputation management
> 21 February 2019, 09.00 am

We are living in a world where Google & co. are substantially influencing a company’s or a person’s successes and failures. A bad reputation on the internet can have a devastating effect on the victim. Loss arising from a damaged image is going to occur even by chance; such as when a prospective vendor accidentally comes across a negative rating when searching your contact details. In the workshop we will show directors of small and medium sized companies technical and legal solutions of image-building on the internet and answer the participants’ questions. We will focus on how to influence your company’s brand image by your homepage’s own contents as well as interaction of communicative and legal measures. We will give recommendations when to take (digital) manoeuvres and when to take legal actions.
