Invitation to Workshop:
Employment contracts establish contractual relationships, terminated by the means of dismissals. What are the mandatory and reasonable regulations of employment contracts? What are the different dismissal types, and what needs to be taken into consideration? How to respond to varying manpower requirements in a legally compliant way, and is limiting an employment relationship the right way to go? The supply of temporary workers is a market constantly growing, in particular in the renewable energies sector. However, you have to know its basic principles in order to avoid serious consequences which you might have to face when disregarding them.
The purpose of this workshop is to enable human resources managers to better understand basic problems regarding conclusion and termination of employment contracts, their limitations and the supply of temporary workers.
