Lawful design of your online presence - How to meet information obligations and content requirements
> 5 April 2018, 09.00 am

Going online with your own company website raises a series of questions likely to pose a considerable risk if not addressed previously. Besides being a financial burden, legal disputes with competing companies, consumers, copyright owners, trademark owners, or depicted (ex)-employees could damage your company’s reputation substantially. In this workshop we will be discussing preconditions for a lawful design of your online presence using real-life examples. Our presentation will follow the statutory regulations’ system and can be used as a checklist. The participants’ questions will be answered subsequently.
