Larsen Danish Seafood: beck rechtsanwälte advised investor

The Faroes fishery company Christian i Grótinum (CiG) has purchased operating sites in Germany and several trademarks from the bankruptcy trustee of the Danish fish processor Larsen Danish Seafood. beck rechtsanwälte has provided assistance to CiG during this transaction. By the end of 2014, Larsen Danish Seafood had to file for insolvency despite its annual turnover of more than 50 m euros in recent years. About 300 people are employed at both sites in Germany.
