Franz Martin Brüggemann has had a long-term carer as a company lawyer with a large international corporation in the energy sector and he has got many years of experience from being self-employed lawyer.

He specialises in commercial law while directing and handling M&A transactions, as he is an experienced legal, strategic and economic advisor. Franz-Martin also creates and mentors joint ventures, both nationally and internationally. Due to his background in the energy and oil industry, he knows a great deal about refinery, tank storage, service-station, and Trading & Supply businesses including the related competition and advertising laws. In the field of future energies, he is particularly involved in the hydrogen business.

Among others, Franz-Martin was an Executive Officer of FuelsEurope, the international crude oil association, formerly EUROPIA in Brussels.
